Revvi Privacy Policy
Revvi respects the privacy of our clients, prospective clients and users of our services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in connection with our website, business assessments, automation services and ongoing support.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with Revvi, we may collect: name, email address and phone number; business name and position; information submitted through our website or assessment forms; information about business processes and systems; correspondence and communications with us; billing and transaction information; technical information relating to use of our website or services; and information reasonably required to assess, develop, implement or maintain an automation. When providing services to a client, Revvi may also temporarily access information contained within the client's systems where necessary to perform the agreed services.
2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We may collect information when you: complete a Revvi form; request a business assessment; contact us by phone, email or online; request a quote or proposal; become a Revvi client; provide access to systems required for a project; or use our website or services. We may also receive information through service providers and systems used in delivering our services.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Revvi may use information to: respond to enquiries; conduct business efficiency and automation assessments; prepare quotes and proposals; design and build automation solutions; integrate and maintain client systems; provide technical support; communicate with clients; process payments and administer accounts; improve our services; maintain security and prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We will not sell personal information to third parties.
4. CLIENT DATA
When Revvi accesses information contained within a client's systems, we will only use that information as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services. The client remains responsible for ensuring it has the appropriate authority to provide Revvi with access to information contained within its systems. Where practical, Revvi will seek to minimise the amount of client data accessed or retained.
5. AI & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Revvi solutions may use third-party technology providers, including: cloud hosting providers; automation platforms; artificial intelligence providers; accounting and CRM integrations; communication services; analytics providers; and other software and API providers. Information may be processed by these providers where required to deliver a Revvi service. Where appropriate, Revvi will take reasonable steps to select reputable service providers and configure systems in a manner appropriate to the information being processed.
6. OVERSEAS PROCESSING
Some technology providers, cloud services, AI platforms, contractors or other service providers used by Revvi may operate or store information outside Australia. As a result, information may be processed or stored overseas. Where required by applicable Australian privacy law, Revvi will take reasonable steps in relation to the handling of personal information by overseas recipients.
7. DATA SECURITY
Revvi takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate security, passwords, permissions and access controls for their own systems.
8. ACCESS TO CLIENT SYSTEMS
Where Revvi requires access to a client's software or systems, access will be limited where reasonably possible to what is required to perform the agreed services. Clients should provide individual or restricted-access accounts where their systems allow this rather than sharing primary administrator credentials. Access may be removed when it is no longer required.
9. RETENTION
Revvi retains personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide ongoing services, maintain appropriate business records or comply with legal obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, destroyed or de-identified where appropriate and legally permitted.
10. WEBSITE & COOKIES
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand website usage and improve our services. Third-party analytics or advertising services may also use cookies where implemented on our website. Users may be able to control cookies through their browser settings.
11. MARKETING
Revvi may use contact information to communicate with businesses about our services where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Operational communications relating to an existing service are not marketing communications.
12. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Revvi may disclose information where reasonably necessary to: employees and contractors involved in providing the services; technology and hosting providers; professional advisers; payment and accounting providers; service providers assisting Revvi's operations; or government authorities where required by law. Revvi does not disclose information to third parties for them to independently sell unrelated products or services to you.
13. ACCESS & CORRECTION
You may contact Revvi to request access to personal information we hold about you or to request that inaccurate information be corrected. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Certain exceptions may apply where permitted by law.
14. DATA BREACHES
If Revvi becomes aware of a data breach involving personal information, we will investigate the incident and take reasonable steps to contain and address it. Where notification is required under applicable Australian privacy law, Revvi will make the required notifications.
